The Soundreef Group of businesses is made up of London-based Soundreef Ltd, which manages Copyrights and Related Rights for music, Milan-based Soundreef Media Service Slr which manages business agreements, and the parent company, Rome-based Soundreef SpA, which manages the Group’s technological infrastructure. Soundreef Ltd is the first and largest Independent Management Entity  (IME) for music copyright and related rights. Ahead of its time, it was founded before the discussions had even begun on European Directive 2014/26 / EU which liberalised the market for Collective Management Organisations for Copyright and Related Rights. When the Directive came into force, Soundreef already had a presence in almost all the European Union countries. Today, it has crossed European borders and is expanding at an incredible pace.
