Why Professional Air Purification Systems?

It is known that HEPA Filters filter 0.3 micron and smaller particles with 99.97% efficiency. However, to obtain this efficiency from the HEPA filter requires an appropriate design.

Filters with the largest filtration area suitable for the device capacity, following
EN-1822 standard and with Eurovent certification. (6.1 m² for the N90 model).

The CADR values, which are the device performance indicators, have
measured by testing under room conditions, not the calculated values.

We have the lowest sound level in its class according to its capacity.

Having 5 different stepper adjustable motors and having an environmentally
friendly design.

Air Purification Systems are designed by experienced engineers in our R&D Center, adhering to the following important criteria.

The correct filter, True HEPA H14, with sufficient filtering area suitable for the
device capacity is used.

By passing the air through the filter at low velocities (<0.45 m/s), small
particles of 0.3-micron sizes are kept in the filter by means of operating the
diffusion mechanism of the HEPA filter properly.

The air coming out of the HEPA filter is accelerated from the filter outlet and
ensured to affect the entire area to be purified.

With the F8 pre-filter positioned in front of the HEPA filter, the HEPA filter’s life
is extended. An active carbon filter is used to filter VOCs and unwanted odors
in the environment.

Linear flow within our devices are designed with CFD analysis, thus the air is
passed from all over the HEPA filter in equal amounts and at equal velocities
and efficiency of the filter area is increased.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT MOTORS

In our devices, motors with low energy consumption and high efficiency that comply with the European Union’s “ECO-Design” regulation are used.

IS CAPABLE OF CAPTURING PARTICLES UP TO 0.3 MICRONS.

Particles smaller than 10 microns can remain suspended in the air for up to 3 hours.

The size of viruses varies between 0.2 – 3 microns, and the sizes of bacteria vary between 1.5 – 3 microns.

However, bacteria and viruses cannot travel freely in the air. They hang in the air by attaching to the particles in the air and bio-aerosols that spread through the mouth.

For this reason, the size of viruses and bacteria becomes larger than 0.3 microns with the particle they are attached to and can be effectively held by HEPA filters.
